- Scope of service: Software-as-a-service, no financial service, no investment advice.
- Disclaimer of liability: No guarantee of trading results. Model outputs and analyses are informational.
- User responsibility: Own risk, own tax obligations, own broker relationship.
- Data: Usage data is used anonymised to improve the platform (details in the privacy policy).
- Termination: Cancellable monthly; no refund for cancellation within the current month.
- Jurisdiction & law: Swiss law, place of jurisdiction Switzerland.
- Severability clause.
