This privacy policy will be prepared by a lawyer in compliance with the Swiss FADP and the GDPR. It will cover at least the following points:
- Data collected: Email address, name, usage/trading data, desktop-app logs, technical log data (IP, user agent for security purposes).
- Purpose: Provision of the service, security (abuse/fraud prevention) and improvement of the platform.
- Storage location: Servers in the EU; Swiss hosting planned later.
- Retention period: As long as the account is active, plus statutory retention periods.
- Usage analytics: We run our own first-party usage analytics (no Google Analytics, no third party). We record page views, device/browser type and approximate location derived from your IP — to improve and secure the platform. Can be disabled anytime in settings.
- Your rights: Access, rectification, erasure, data portability and objection.
