Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You manage and cancel your subscription yourself via the secure customer portal in the settings.
Does the AI Coach provide investment advice?
No. The AI Coach works in educational mode and shows options with pros and cons — never a course-of-action recommendation.
Is my broker data safe?
Local MetaTrader connections and exchange API connections are different connection types. For a server-side exchange API connection, we store the API keys, secrets and any API passphrase you provide encrypted on our servers and use them to connect to the selected exchange. You can remove the connection in the app and also revoke the API keys directly at the exchange.
